2007 Ford Focus: Comfort and Satisfaction All Boxed Up in One Great Sedan

A truck, Sports Utility Vehicle (SUV), a sporty coupe, a convertible or a compact sedan, the choices are endless with the many trims, designs and purposes many car manufacturers are offering to the automotive buying public today.

While many people are enamored by the designs and the aesthetics of a vehicle, experienced buyers couple the decision making with the specifications of the car and its reliability.

Rising gas prices have people leaning over to vehicles that can be able to provide them their needs for transportation and at the same time give them practicality and style as well. That is why some cars have been a success in their market and has continued on to mesmerize or at least capture the loyalty of the owners with their subsequent models.

A great example of a car lineage that has reaped success with its vehicles is Ford. Not only has Ford grown to become a huge multi billion enterprise, their brand name has become a household name all over the world and has been known to provide great quality, dependable and practical vehicles.

One of their cars that have garnered world wide success is the Ford Focus.

While the Ford Focus enjoys much more popularity in terms of sales in Europe, it has taken a good amount of share in the compact sedan market in the USA as well. With old time imports such as Honda, Toyota and Mazda providing a stiff competition to this Detroit bred vehicle, the Ford Focus has stood proudly and has warded off the challenge.

With its 6th year model now out in the market, many car enthusiasts have noticed the steady decline to its sales in what appears to be the same model as its first generation Focus. No complete remodeling has been done in the American version of the Ford Focus and its 2006 model has received only minor body changes and upgrades.

The European model has had a taste of the new designed Ford Focus and has continued to hold a firm grip on its fame. Americans have been clamoring for a change and chances are the 2007 Ford focus will be a breath of fresh air for this lineup.

Some prototypes of the 2007 Ford Focus have been seen around Detroit being tested. Some would say that changes can be seen in the fascia of the vehicle while the shape some insists still looks the same. Europe has had a second generation of Ford Focus that Ford management doesn't seem to be thinking of offering in the USA.

With new redesigns by Honda and Mazda in their compact sedans have just came out for 2006, Ford may be rethinking about how the 2007 Ford Focus could be presented next year or at least by the end of this year.

But whatever the decision The Detroit bigwigs have for the 2007 Ford Focus, you can be sure that they will provide the same if not better quality and drive the previous Ford Focus' have given.

For now we could just hold our breath and see what the 2007 Ford Focus has to offer for us. Will they come out with the new Focus Europe has been enjoying or are we going to have a rehashed version of the old Focus, we will just have to wait and see.
